Try Our Jalapeno Pepper Jelly On Tonight's Chicken

This chicken dish is so easy you’ll wonder why you haven’t made it sooner.
FYI – This recipe works wonderfully with wings and pork chops
too!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees F)
Arrange chicken breasts in a baking dish so they are not
crowded. Spoon the pepper jelly or jalapeno jam of your choice into a cup or
small bowl. Brush over chicken to coat, leaving some to continue basting during
baking.
Bake uncovered for about 1 hour, basting occasionally, until
chicken is no longer pink, and the juices run clear.
